Cerrahlar <b>zigomatik imp<\/b> lantlar\u0131 destek i\u00e7in elmac\u0131k kemi\u011fine yerle\u015ftirir ve normal implantlar\u0131 \u00e7ene kemi\u011fine yerle\u015ftirir. Peki ya toprak (veya kemik) yeterince derin de\u011filse? \u0130\u015fte bu noktada zigomatik implantlar devreye girer.  <\/p><p><b>Zigomatik implantlar<\/b> <b>daha uzundur ve daha iyi stabilite<\/b> i\u00e7in \u00e7ene kemi\u011fi yerine<b> elmac\u0131k<\/b> kemi\u011fine sabitlenir. Elmac\u0131k kemi\u011fi genellikle <b>\u00e7ok daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr <\/b>ve \u00fcst \u00e7ene kemi\u011finden <b>daha fazla derinli\u011fe <\/b>sahiptir, bu da onu bu implantlar i\u00e7in m\u00fckemmel bir temel haline getirir. <\/p><p>\u0130\u015fte basit bir d\u00f6k\u00fcm:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Geleneksel Di\u015f \u0130mplantlar\u0131:<\/b> Ba\u011flanmak i\u00e7in iyi miktarda \u00e7ene kemi\u011fine ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Zigomatik \u0130mplantlar<\/b>: \u00c7ene kemi\u011fi derinli\u011fine g\u00fcvenmeyin. Elmac\u0131k kemi\u011fine sabitlenerek \u00e7ene kemi\u011fi az olanlar i\u00e7in bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm sunar. <\/li><\/ul><p><b>Zigomatik implantlar<\/b>, <b>normal implantlar i\u00e7in yeterli kemi\u011fi olmayan<\/b> ki\u015filerin sabit di\u015flere kavu\u015fmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Art\u0131k <b>kal\u0131c\u0131 di\u015flere sahip olman\u0131n avantajlar\u0131ndan<\/b> yararlanabilirler.
